Wing Yi Chan, Ph.D. is the P-12 Research Director at the Education Trust. She leads Ed Trust’s research on identifying best practices and policies to eliminate opportunity gaps and supports high academic achievement for students of color and students from low-income backgrounds.

Prior to joining Ed Trust, she worked at the RAND Corporation and was a faculty member at Georgia State University. She holds a doctoral degree in psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
