Nestor Enrique Valencia

Councilman, City of Bell

Bell, California

Councilman Nestor Enrique Valencia has roots in the City of Bell, volunteering with the local public school in the school site council and committees at all levels, including been elected as the vice president of the parent District Advisory Committee.

He has coached soccer and other sports in the City of Bell’s recreational services program. He has volunteered as board of director to a local health care clinic providing family medicine. He is past board president of Academia Moderna, a public-charter school serving over 400 children, and continues as a board member.

Valencia earned a bachelor’s degree in health science with an emphasis in health care management from San Jose State University.

He is married and raising two daughters attending the local public schools in his beloved City of Bell.
