Angela Homan is a fourth grade teacher in the Penns Valley Area School District in central Pennsylvania. She has also taught fifth and sixth grade. Angela is a National Board Certified Teacher and was a finalist for Pennsylvania Teacher of the Year in 2011. Angela is also a member of the National Network of State Teachers of the Year.
