April Rose has taught technology in pre-k through grade 5. She has been an elementary classroom teacher for grades 3-5 in Springfield Gardens for 14 years. April holds a MS.ED. in elementary education.

In addition to teaching, April Rose has participated in her school’s leadership team, headed a Girl Scout troop among other girl group activities, and facilitates student council activities.
